* CAL STATE NORTHRIDGE (7-11, 3-5) at MONTANA (12-11, 5-5), 7:30: Although their record doesn’t show it, the Matadors are playing much better of late. Northridge has won three of its last five Big Sky Conference games, and each loss was by one point. Sophomore guard Greg Minor, Northridge’s second-leading scorer with a 13.1 average, is suspended for tonight’s game and Saturday’s game against Montana State for behaving poorly on the bench during last Saturday’s 86-85 overtime loss at Northern Arizona. Minor committed a foul with 1.4 seconds to play in overtime that led to a game-winning free throw. The Matadors defeated Montana, 84-72, at home Jan. 11, their first victory over the Grizzlies. Montana forward Ryan Dick and guard J.R. Camel each average 12 points, and Camel leads the Big Sky Conference with an average of 3.1 steals.
