Avon Image Center to Take Fifth Avenue

Avon has selected Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue as the site of its new “image center,” which will include a boutique, spa, salon and lecture center. The opening of the multifloor complex in one of Manhattan’s most elite shopping districts is part of the company’s attempt to overhaul its dated image and become a chic beauty brand. The center will open in November. The boutique will retail Avon’s major global brands, while the spa will offer a full array of beauty services for women. The women’s center will serve both as a conference room and a fitness area for yoga and stretching classes.
