People who want to revisit the nation’s most famous abortion case can sign up to watch a panel of legal and medical experts discuss the Roe vs. Wade decision via satellite at the Telecommunity Center, at 2100 Thousand Oaks Blvd.

The live satellite program will be aired from Arlington, Va., from noon to 1:30 p.m. on Jan. 21 in honor of the 25th anniversary of the decision, which said that a state could not interfere with a pregnant woman’s decision to have an abortion during her first trimester.

The program is being presented by the Center for Reproductive Law and Policy and will be moderated by Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Anna Quindlen, who will lead discussions on liberty, equality, privacy, religious pluralism and bodily integrity. The panel also will include a conversation with retired U.S. Supreme Court Justice Harry A. Blackmun, who wrote the Roe vs. Wade decision in 1973.
