Help Sought in Locating 4 Fugitives

Investigators with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department are asking for help in locating three men and one woman who are wanted on outstanding felony warrants.

Investigators are searching for Simon Rangel Corea, 21, who is wanted for driving under the influence of drugs and possession of dangerous drugs, authorities said.

He is described as 5 feet 9, 170 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. His last known address was 433 W. 6th St. in Oxnard.

He has listed other addresses in Santa Paula and Ontario and claimed to have worked as a field laborer in Fillmore, authorities said.

Timothy Michael Homsy, 41, is also wanted for possession of dangerous drugs, being under the influence of dangerous drugs and distributing drugs without a license, authorities said.

His last known address was in El Rio. He is a construction worker by trade. Homsy is described as 5 feet 10, 190 pounds with hazel eyes and gray hair.

Martin Gutierrez Martinez, 29, is wanted for violating the terms of his probation. Martinez was on probation for four misdemeanor drunk-driving convictions. If convicted a fourth time, Martinez faces felony charges, authorities said.

His last known address was 1030 Astoria Place in Oxnard.

Authorities are also looking for Dolores Guadalupe Tellez, 42, for violating the terms of her probation. Tellez was on probation after a theft conviction.

She is described as 5 feet, 125 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. “Max” is tattooed on her left wrist and “Rose” on her left thigh. Her last known address was 528 W. 6th St. in Oxnard.

Investigators are encouraging anyone with information on any of the fugitives to call the Ventura County Crime Stoppers’ hotline at 385-TALK or 494-TALK.

Tipsters can call anonymously. If the information leads to an arrest and conviction, they could receive rewards up to $1,000, officials said.
