IT'S SCANDALOUS!

Because of the ticket scandal, the French Organizing Committee decided not to announce the exact attendance at each game.

There have been some empty seats at games because the committee has set aside some tickets for volunteers and those seats are not always used. Organizers fear that fans who sought tickets will become angry when they realize seats went unoccupied.
