Disney Co. Announces 5 1/4-Cent Dividend

The Walt Disney Co. has announced a quarterly cash dividend of 5 1/4 cents per share.

That figure mirrors the dollar amount of the most recent dividend, a 15 3/4-cent-per-share dividend announced in January, before the company’s recent 3-for-1 stock split.

The current dividend is payable to shareholders of record at the close of business July 24.
