* Rebecca Aguilar; Goodwill Supervisor
Rebecca Aguilar, a Santa Paula resident and former supervisor for Goodwill Industries, died Monday after a lengthy illness. She was 72.
Born March 18, 1925, in Saticoy, she lived all her life in Ventura County. She was employed by Santa Paula Citrus Growers Assn. and Santa Paula Union High School District. She served for 11 years as a supervisor for Goodwill Industries.
She is survived by children Frances Sanchez, Peter Gaeta, Becky Gaeta, Dorothy Venegas, Evelyn Solis, Olivia Martinez, Frank Gaeta, Eva Gaeta, Adam Gaeta, Ruben Gaeta, Irene Reyes and Tony Aguilar; 37 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jesus Gaeta; her second husband, Arturo Aguilar; and a son, Adolph Gaeta.
Friends may pay their respects from 2 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Pierce Brothers Stetler Chapel, Santa Paula. A vigil will be at the chapel at 7 p.m. Thursday. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Santa Paula Cemetery.
