In an accreditation survey, Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center ranked in the top 2% nationally among hospitals that provide acute care, hospital officials said this week.

The hospital received a perfect score of 100 in the survey by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
