In the Century League:
No. 3 Canyon 9, Orange 3--Aram Keulian had a triple and a home run and Jason Reuss had two doubles and three RBIs for the host Comanches (7-2, 2-0).
No. 10 Foothill 13, El Modena 9--Landon Smith had three hits, including a home run, and Seth Davenport had three hits and two RBIs for host Foothill (6-2, 2-0).
Villa Park 5, Santa Ana Valley 1--Ryan Keunish pitched a one-hitter with eight strikeouts and Jeff Tuttle hit a two-run home run for host Villa Park (3-5, 1-1).
In the Olympic League:
Brethren Christian 4, Orange Lutheran 3--Chris Warner scored the winning run on Derick Fisher’s grounder with the bases loaded in the bottom of the seventh for Brethren Christian (4-3, 1-1).
Calvary Chapel 14, Ontario Christian 0 (5 innings, mercy rule)--Calvary Chapel used eight hits and four errors to score 11 runs in the fourth inning to tie a school record for runs scored in an inning. Jon Smith had three hits and three RBIs for the visiting Eagles (4-3, 2-0).
In the Sunset League:
Los Alamitos 9, Fountain Valley 8--Host Los Alamitos (5-2-1, 1-0-1) rallied from a three-run deficit, scoring four runs with two outs in the bottom of the seventh. Fountain Valley (6-3, 1-1) scored five unearned runs to build an 8-5 lead.
