WEEK AT A GLANCE: Fleshman won the 1,600 in a personal best 4:58.54 and the 3,200 in a season best of 10:58.05 in the Division I races of the Southern Section divisional championships at Cerritos College on Saturday. Despite her victories, Fleshman said her legs felt kind of “creaky” because Canyon assistant Dave DeLong has begun to taper her workouts. “It always takes me about a week to adjust to that,” Fleshman said. “But I should be fine by [the Southern Section Masters Meet on Friday].”
