CYNTHIA P. COAD

LOU LOPEZ

Lopez has been an Anaheim councilman for four years. He retired this year after serving nearly 30 years as an Anaheim police officer.

* Career highlights: Elected to Anaheim Elementary School District Board of Education in 1989. Elected to Anaheim High School Board of Education in 1991. Elected to Anaheim City Council in 1994.

* Priorities: Reduce jail overcrowding. Create after-school programs for youths as a way to help reduce crime.
