SANTA ANA
The City Council recently approved new regulations on adult entertainment businesses. Under the new code, adult businesses must be kept 1,000 feet away from day-care facilities but will be allowed in some commercial zones and within all industrial areas.
The update brings the city code in line with recent court rulings.
