The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four fugitives wanted for crimes ranging from violating probation to homicide.

Randall Bruce Williams, 34, was featured in a “Crime Stoppers” article a year ago for violating his probation on a burglary conviction.

Authorities said that after the story appeared, Williams left Ventura County for the San Fernando Valley to avoid being arrested. Authorities think he might have returned to Ventura County, where he had lived for nearly 20 years.

He is now wanted in the shooting death of Jamie Edward Navaroli, 36, who was killed Nov. 4 outside his West Hills home in Los Angeles County. Williams is also a suspect in a string of commercial burglaries in Los Angeles.

Williams is white, 5 feet 11, and has blond hair and hazel eyes. He might have dyed his hair black. He should be considered armed and dangerous.

Rosio Morales Martinez, also known as Rosio Marales, 20, was convicted and sentenced to probation for possessing, transporting and selling narcotics. Because she allegedly violated the terms of her probation, a warrant has been issued.

She last lived with her family in the 200 block of McFarlane Drive in Ventura, but is believed to have moved to Ventura Avenue.

She is Latina, 5 feet 4, 180 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes. She has “Ventura Avenue” tattooed on both elbows.

Jorge Vasquez Ramirez, also known as Juan Vasquez Rojas, 19, was arrested twice this year on suspicion of possessing and being under the influence of drugs. Both times he posted bail and failed to appear in court. Earlier this month, he was also charged with allegedly having unlawful intercourse with a minor. Three warrants for his arrest have been issued.

Arurelio Cervantes, also known as Marcos Perez and Aurelio Perez, 30, was convicted of spousal battery and placed on probation. He has violated the terms of his probation, authorities said, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Cervantes last lived at 239 W. Ramona Street, Apt. B, in Ventura. He last worked in Goleta. He has been seen driving a gray vehicle.

Cervantes is Latino, 5 feet 8, 160 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. Tattooed on his neck are the words “Guadalupe,” “Teresa Lourdes” and “Cervantes.”
