Hikers, bikers and equestrians now have a little help in finding their way around the city. The city will sell a new “Recreational Trails of San Juan Capistrano,” a comprehensive guide to trails around the city. The pamphlet features a poster-size map outlining both paved and unpaved trails and indicates the types of recreation allowed on each trail, trail lengths and amenities available. Proceeds will be used to recoup printing costs and maintain the trails, city officials said. The map costs $2, $1.70 each for nonprofit groups and retailers ordering more than 50.
