Ken Mac Leod has been hired as the city’s director of administrative Services, City Manager John B. Bahorski announced recently. As director, Mac Leod will be responsible for the city’s budget, financial operations, personnel services and risk management. Mac Leod has 33 years of experience working for the Orange County Fire Authority and the County of Orange. He will begin the job Dec. 7.
