Sheriff’s Deputies Seek Help in Locating 4 Wanted Men

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department asks the public’s help in locating four fugitives wanted for crimes ranging from practicing law without a license to violating probation.

Jerry Luis Aguilar, 43, has been convicted of drunk driving, being under the influence of drugs, child endangerment, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and disobeying a court order.

He has violated the terms of his probation, and five arrest warrants have been issued, authorities said. He has a history of arrests in Santa Paula and is thought to be residing there. His last known address was 117 N. Oak St.

Aguilar is Latino, 5 feet 7, 150 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes. He has tattoos on his chest, back and both arms.

Jerry Golden, 59, was arrested on suspicion of practicing law without a license and violation of civil codes dealing with contracts and foreclosures. He was released on bail and has failed to appear for court, authorities said. He has moved from his last known address in the 900 block of Peninsula Avenue in the Ventura Keys.

Golden is white, 5 feet 10, 210 pounds, and has gray hair and blue eyes. Two warrants for his arrest have been issued.

Anthony Joseph “Tony” Trueba, 30, was convicted of felony theft by credit card and was given probation. He has violated the terms of his probation and a warrant has been issued, authorities said.

Trueba was last living with a friend or girlfriend in the Magnolia Mobile Home Park on North Ventura Avenue in Ventura. He has a buzz-style haircut or has shaved his head. Trueba is Latino, 6 feet 1, 255 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes. He has a tattoo of a horse on his right arm.

Rafael Barragan Gonzalez, 24, was convicted of grand theft auto and resisting arrest. He has violated the terms of his probation, and a warrant for his arrest was issued two years ago.

He applied to become a security guard earlier this year and was working at a sandwich shop near the Target store in Ventura. He was last living with his family at 57 E. Center St., Ventura, but reportedly fled with his wife upon learning the Sheriff’s Department was looking for him. Gonzalez, also known as Rafael Barragan, is Latino, 5 feet 6, 160 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes.
