Veteran club Coach Bob Oliver has been hired as boys’ soccer coach at Troy High, Athletic Director John Turek said.

It is the first high school assignment for Oliver, who has coached for 12 years in the Fullerton Rangers Soccer Club. He replaces Michael Drugan, a walk-on who resigned because of time conflicts with his work schedule.

Troy returns nine players from last year’s Freeway League championship team, Turek said.
