* Designed as an Italian Renaissance palace at a cost of $1.6 billion, Las Vegas’ newest hotel, the Bellagio, above, opens its doors Oct. 15, with shops like Armani and Chanel, restaurants, dancing fountains and Cirque du Soleil’s newest show.
