Chatsworth 24, Birmingham 6--The Chancellors (4-1, 1-1), playing at home, scored all of their points--three touchdowns and a field-goal--in the second quarter.
Matt Cassel threw touchdown passes of seven yards to Rafael Cansino and 27 yards to Reggie Lee. Cansino added a two-yard scoring run.
Cassel completed 12 of 22 passes for 173 yards with no interceptions.
Cansino rushed for 84 yards in 16 carries. Lee caught four passes for 76 yards.
John Wall, who kicked two field goals of at least 50 yards last week, made field goals of 27 and 48 yards for the Patriots (1-4, 0-2).
Chatsworth took advantage of two Birmingham turnovers to build a 24-3 halftime lead.
The Patriots sacked Cassel five times but trailed by more than 20 points at halftime.
