Jordan Has Surgery
Miami Dolphin wide receiver Charles Jordan, a Los Angeles native who never played major college football, underwent surgery Saturday to repair a tear of the attachment of a tendon in his left groin.
Jordan, 29, was put on injured reserved Thursday and is out for the season. Jordan, who played one season at Long Beach City College (1988), had two catches for 17 yards this season.
