* In a time when negativity runs rampant in all aspects of L.A. life, it was a pleasure to read Al Martinez’s column about Max donating his kidney to Loyal Harris, who had helped him “get a life” (Oct. 16). We need more articles reflecting the good things that are happening in L.A. every day instead of concentrating on the negative.
