Halloween Celebrated Today With Festival

The city is celebrating Halloween early with its annual Fall Festival today downtown.
The festival will begin with a costume pancake breakfast for children at 8 a.m. on Anaheim Boulevard next to the Anaheim Museum. A craft fair and food booths will open at 11 a.m., followed by a parade at noon featuring school marching bands and floats.
The parade will start at La Palma Avenue and Anaheim Boulevard, then travel south to Center Street Promenade.
After the parade, the festivities will move to Center Street Promenade, which will have entertainment, games and other activities until 7 p.m.
Admission is free, with nominal charges for food and games, organizers said. Information: (714) 999-3456.
