Detectives investigating the slaying of a 27-year-old man allegedly shot to death by a gunman riding a bicycle report that they have pinpointed a suspect they believe to be responsible for the fatal attack.
Det. Bob Casteel of the LAPD’s South Bureau said Wednesday that the homicide is gang-related but he declined to identify the suspect.
Andre Taylor, 27, was riding a bicycle when he was fatally wounded about 9:45 p.m. Monday in the vicinity of 94th and Wall streets, said Det. Joseph Roosevelt.
