Reynaldo Chavez Goicachea, 17, is Latino, 5 feet 8 and 130 pounds. He has short-to medium-length hair and green eyes.
Officials said he could be armed and should be considered dangerous.

He is due for arraignment at an Orange County Superior Court later this month on attempted murder charges.
Goicachea is suspected of taking part in a gang-related shooting last November in Santa Ana that left two people injured.
