Robbery Suspect Held; 2nd Man Sought
Police arrested one man and are looking for a second in connection with an armed robbery Friday at MacArthur Boulevard and Bristol Street.
Police said the pair, who were not identified, approached a man who was selling car stereo equipment out of his car near a tire store. One of the men began arguing with the victim, pulled a semiautomatic handgun and stole six speakers, police said.
Police tracked the men to a home in the 3700 block of South Woodland Place. Officers arrested one man about 1 p.m.; another man fled.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Santa Ana Police Department at (714) 245-8763.
