The city is holding two arts-and-crafts classes for children beginning today. A class in spring-themed crafts for 6- to 12-year-olds will be Wednesdays through April 28. An arts-and-crafts class for children 2 to 4 will be Wednesdays through May 5. Information: (949) 707-2680.
