ANAHEIM

* Beach Boulevard: Police were looking for two people in connection with a break-in and burglary at a Union Bank at 11:32 a.m. Sunday. One suspect was described as a black man, 25 years old, 5 feet, 7 inches and 120 pounds. He was wearing a baseball cap, a black jacket and dark jeans. His accomplice was described as a black woman, 24 years old, 5 feet, 6 inches and 120 pounds. She was wearing a black shirt and dark jeans. They were seen fleeing in an old two-door car. It was unknown how much cash was taken.

BREA

* West Berry Way: A burglary was reported in the 400 block at 8:18 a.m. April 5.

BUENA PARK

* Artesia Boulevard at Knott Avenue: Report of a traffic collision, no injuries, at 10:33 a.m. Tuesday.

COSTA MESA

* Harbor Boulevard: Some stamps and cash worth $248 were stolen from a business in the 1900 block between 5 and 6 a.m. April 4.

CYPRESS

* Katella Avenue: Report of a stolen 1984 beige Toyota pickup in the 4900 block at 7:40 p.m. April 5.

DANA POINT

* Golden Lantern Street: A robbery alarm in the 33000 block was triggered at 12:25 a.m. Tuesday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

FULLERTON

* Valencia Drive: Police arrested a man on suspicion of being drunk in public in the 400 block at 1:33 a.m. Sunday. He reportedly had been seen looking into bedroom windows.

* East Commonwealth Avenue: Report of people breaking into cars in a parking structure in the 100 block at 2:47 a.m. Sunday; the suspects were gone when police arrived.

GARDEN GROVE

* Euclid Street at Trask Avenue: A man was in good condition after being shot three times at 11:04 p.m. Saturday. Police believe that the incident may be gang-related. The man was shot at as he was driving north on Euclid Street near a gas station.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Warner Avenue: Police were looking for suspects in an armed robbery in the 7000 block at noon Friday. Police say a man who had just left a check-cashing machine was confronted by two men who were armed with a knife and a handgun. They stole his wallet and an undisclosed amount of cash; they were last seen in a late model, white two-door Honda, with tinted windows and a spoiler.

IRVINE

* Highway 261: An 87-year-old Irvine man driving alone on northbound Highway 261 about 9 a.m. Friday was killed when his car crashed into the I-5 overpass. The accident remains under investigation.

LAGUNA BEACH

* South Coast Highway: A woman in the 1700 block reported her daughter missing at 12:47 a.m. April 5, only to discover that she had been detained by police for violating curfew.

LAGUNA HILLS

* Caminito Arroyo Seco: Miscellaneous tools valued at about $500 were stolen from the bed of a truck in the 22200 block between 5 p.m. Tuesday and 6 a.m. Wednesday.

LAGUNA NIGUEL

* Golden Lantern: A TCBY yogurt shop was robbed at gunpoint of about $300 at 7:26 p.m. Thursday. The robber was described as a male Asian, about 5 feet, 6 inches, 17 or 18 years old, and wearing a dark blue fisherman’s hat, a baggy bright green jacket and baggy blue pants.

LA HABRA

* West Imperial Highway: Report of an auto theft in the 1900 block at 3:22 p.m. April 5.

LAKE FOREST

* Vintage Woods Road: A suspicious person was sighted in the 26000 block at 4:01 p.m. April 5.

LA PALMA

* Valley View Street: A woman in the 7700 block told police at 2:45 a.m. April 5 that her son, who was carrying knives, might be going to hurt someone because he was angry that his girlfriend was dating someone else. Police stopped the son in his car, and he told officers he had changed his mind and was only going to get gas and would then return home.

LOS ALAMITOS

* Katella Avenue: Police were called to the Starting Gate bar in the 5000 block to break up a fight between two patrons at 1:30 a.m. Sunday.

MISSION VIEJO

* Avery Parkway at Marguerite Parkway: Police filed a report on a reckless driver at 5:44 p.m. Tuesday.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Diamond Street: A briefcase and its contents worth $200 were stolen from a car in the 200 block during the evening of April 5.

ORANGE

* North Tustin Avenue at Mayfair Avenue: A caller reported at 8:15 a.m. Friday that someone had fired BBs through the window of a Kentucky Fried Chicken.

PLACENTIA

* Carlson Lane: A vehicle was reported stolen in the 100 block at 6:14 p.m. April 5.

SAN CLEMENTE

* Calle Juarez: A robbery alarm in the 600 block was triggered at 7:32 p.m. Tuesday.

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO

* Doheny Park Road: A robbery alarm in the 33000 block was triggered at 7:58 p.m. Tuesday.

SANTA ANA

* Flower Street at Walnut Avenue: A 20-year-old man was in critical condition after being shot in the upper torso. Police say the victim was walking with a group of friends Sunday at 2:03 a.m. when they were confronted by another group and a man in the second group fired a gun. The victim was taken to Western Medical Center-Santa Ana, where he remains on life support.

SEAL BEACH

* Old Ranch Parkway: A 28-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving at 5:34 p.m. April 4.

STANTON

* Beach Boulevard: Report of a traffic collision, no injuries, in the 11000 block at 2:12 p.m. Tuesday.

TUSTIN

* Williams Street: Report that a car windshield had been smashed in the 15700 block at 8:17 a.m. Tuesday.

VILLA PARK

* Lincoln Circle at West Center Drive: Report of a vehicle stop by police at 11:30 a.m. April 5.

WESTMINSTER

* Beach Boulevard: A 16-year-old Westminster youth was arrested for petty theft at a store in the 16400 block at 8:31 p.m. Wednesday.

YORBA LINDA

* Saddletree Lane: A spark from a fireplace ignited a fire on a wood roof in the 6000 block at 1:22 a.m. Sunday. A firefighter hurt his foot; no one else was injured. The fire caused an estimated $350,000 in damage.
