SEAL BEACH
The City Council on Monday approved specific plans for a roundabout at Central Avenue and 4th Street, designed to slow traffic in the residential area. The roundabout, which will include some landscaping and lighting, will cost about $50,000. Construction is expected to be completed by midsummer.
