WOODLAND HILLS — A police SWAT unit arrested a Swedish tourist early Tuesday in connection with the stabbing death of an acquaintance earlier this month in Hollywood.
Kristofer Lines, 21, was taken into custody shortly after 6 a.m. at a home in the 21200 block of Mulholland Drive in Woodland Hills, said Los Angeles Police Officer Jason Lee.
Police were led to the residence after receiving an anonymous tip, Lee said.
Lines is accused of attacking Randall Dunne, 31, at the victim’s Hollywood apartment in the 1700 block of North Sycamore Avenue on April 3. Dunne died later of the wounds.
Police did not discuss the motives for the killing other than to say the two men had become acquainted and became involved in a dispute.
