WESTMINSTER
The City Council tonight will consider a special-event permit for an April 30 program at Westminster High School commemorating the fall of Saigon. Also on the agenda is a zoning change to allow a multiple-unit residential development at the intersection of Cunningham Avenue and Brookhurst Street.
