4 Die When Truck Crashes Into Church Group’s Van

CINCINNATI —
A tractor-trailer slammed into the rear of a van carrying a church youth group, killing four people and injuring 12.
Three girls and a man were killed in Thursday’s crash, according to the Hamilton County coroner’s office. The victims’ names were not released.
Clayton Kuehn, of Cadiz, Ky., the truck driver, pleaded not guilty Friday to multiple counts of involuntary manslaughter and aggravated vehicular assault. Bond was set at $1 million.
