SAN CLEMENTE
The Planning Commission will meet Tuesday to consider site plans for two projects. A 20,612-square-foot, two-story office warehouse building is proposed for the Rancho San Clemente Business Park on Avenida Fabricante. A new drive-thru El Pollo Loco is proposed for the Plaza Pacifica project on Avenida Pico.
