GARDEN GROVE
The City Council recently adopted an ordinance that would give the city the authority to enforce a law that makes it illegal for anyone to dump anything but storm water into the city’s storm drain system. Garden Grove is one of 32 Orange County cities that has or will consider the ordinance under a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit.
