The Yorba Linda Chamber of Commerce honored Councilman Gene Wisner at its monthly business meeting Thursday. Wisner, who has served on the City Council since 1984, announced his resignation from the council Aug. 3. His resignation, which he blamed on health reasons, becomes effective in September.
