Tom Facon has announced he will retire as executive director of the San Juan Capistrano Chamber of Commerce at the end of the year. Facon, who has served in the position for more than six years, said he wants to spend more time with his wife and family. The chamber executive committee will begin seeking a replacement for Facon in September.
