LAKE FOREST
Landscaping repairs along Interstate 5 offramps should be finished by the end of the month, Caltrans officials said.
Caltrans started the repairs about a month ago in response to a complaint from the Lake Forest Community Pride Council about trash and the poor condition of plants along the offramps.
