* Richard Dunlap has joined Data Exchange in Camarillo as vice president in charge of supply chain management.

Dunlap has previously served as director of supplier development for NCR and source manager for Digital Equipment Service.

Data Exchange provides high-tech computer services to original equipment manufacturers, third-party maintenance organizations and computer resellers.

* Santa Barbara Bank & Trust appointed Suzanne Chadwick senior vice president and regional manager of the bank’s Ventura County region. Chadwick, who joined the bank in 1993, oversees nine branches serving Camarillo, Oxnard, Santa Paula, Fillmore, Port Hueneme and Ventura.
