* LONG BEACH STATE (2-3) at AIR FORCE (2-3), 6, KPLS--The 49ers, playing their third consecutive road game, will try to rebound from disastrous shooting performances last weekend at Syracuse. In the Carrier Classic on Friday and Saturday, the 49ers made only 33% of their shots in losses to St. Joseph’s and Richmond. Guard Ramel Lloyd scored 41 points in the two games, but made only 15 of 40 shots. This will be Long Beach State’s first game against a Mountain West school.
