THE SAFETY ZONE: ACTION LOG

The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Wednesday:

BREA

* West Central Avenue: A grand theft was reported in the 300 block at 11:12 a.m. Monday.

* North Cliffwood Park Street: A petty theft was reported in the 300 block at 11:30 a.m. Monday.

FULLERTON

* Flame Flower Lane: A burglar alarm went off in the 2100 block at 1:13 a.m. Wednesday.

* Carol Drive: A petty theft was reported in the 4100 block at 3:32 p.m. Tuesday.

* North Harbor Boulevard: A petty theft was reported in the 2200 block at 3:17 p.m. Tuesday.

* North Harbor Boulevard: A petty theft was reported in the 2200 block at 5:57 p.m. Tuesday.

GARDEN GROVE

* Chapman Avenue: Three men robbed a store in the 9700 block at 12:01 p.m. Thursday. The robbers, armed with handguns, forced customers to lie on the ground as they took $25,000. The robbers fled in a brown import car.

LAGUNA HILLS

* Peralta Drive: A stolen vehicle was recovered in the 23300 block at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday. A person was found sleeping in the 1999 Ford Taurus stolen from Ontario. The person was booked for possession of stolen property.

LAGUNA WOODS

* Calle Pico: Jewelry totaling $2,400 was reported stolen from a bedroom in the 5000 block over the last month. The report was made at 4:20 p.m. Monday. There are no suspects.

LA HABRA

* West Florence Avenue: A burglary was reported in the 500 block at 1:09 a.m. Wednesday.

* Gregory Lane at Beach Boulevard: A suspicious vehicle was reported at 9:07 p.m. Tuesday.

* East Montwood Avenue: Police responded to a report of shots fired in the 200 block at 8:06 p.m. Tuesday.

LAKE FOREST

* Bunbury at El Toro Road: Deputies arrested an unlicensed male driver who appeared very intoxicated and failed field sobriety tests. The vehicle was stopped at 2 a.m. Monday.

* Ridge Route: A driver was arrested for drunk driving in the 23300 block at 5 p.m. Monday after failing a field sobriety tests.

ORANGE

* City Boulevard West: A theft from a car was reported at 6:45 p.m. Friday.

* East Chapman Avenue: A theft was reported in the 1000 block at 5 p.m. Friday.

* City Boulevard West: A car was stolen at 10:29 p.m. Friday.

PLACENTIA

* North Bradford Avenue: A narcotics violation was reported in the 500 block at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday.

* Breting Way: A vehicle burglary was reported in the 200 block at 6:55 a.m. Tuesday.

TUSTIN

* Doral: A car was stolen in the 12000 block at 12:29 a.m. Tuesday.

* Newport Avenue at Wass Street: A drunk driver was reported at 4:18 a.m. Tuesday.

* McFadden Avenue: Stereo equipment was reported stolen from a car in the 16000 block at 11:16 a.m. Tuesday.

YORBA LINDA

* Kellogg Drive at Mountain View Avenue: An injury traffic accident was reported at 1:13 p.m. Tuesday.

* Main Street: A petty theft was reported in the 4800 block at 12:14 p.m. Tuesday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports Wednesday: Anaheim, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Dana Point, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Mission Viejo, Newport Beach, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, Stanton, Villa Park and Westminster.
