SANTA ANA
Santa Ana public libraries are receiving a $218,100 windfall, thanks to an increase in state funding authorized by Gov. Gray Davis in the 1999-2000 budget. The additional funds will be used to purchase books and other materials for patron use. The funds also will enable the completion of electrical and cable improvements for public access computer terminals.
