CYPRESS
The Orange County Public Library has appointed Hilary McAllister branch manager of the Cypress Branch Library beginning Jan 3.
McAllister, who received her bachelor’s degree in English from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and her master’s degree in library science from San Jose State, joined the county library system as the Laguna Niguel children’s librarian in 1995.
