Seven residents have already pulled filing papers for the April City Council elections. All three incumbents--Ann Snider, Brenda Ross and Victor Kay--will be running for council positions again. The other candidates so far are Robert Bouer, Jan Nelson McLaughlin, Helen Mencher and Mary Stone.
