The winners of the 1999 holiday decorating contest have been chosen and will be announced at the next City Council meeting, Jan. 11. The judges chose a mobile home in Fernwood Mobile Park, a home in the 10200 block of Wasco Road and the Fernwood Mobile Home Park for grand prizes, and a home in the 7400 block of Palais Road for the honorable mention.
