Heidi Siegmund Cuda’s “Go Now, Pay Later” (Dec. 2) did not recognize and acknowledge Charlotte (chuck) Chamberlain of chuck and Company Entertainment and her part in the Culver Saloon’s metamorphosis.
It was Chamberlain who first met with Annette, Bill and George Nichols, the owners of the Culver Saloon, and it was she who began working with them in order to revitalize and promote the Culver City venue. Further, it was Chamberlain who brought Long Beach booking agent and promoter Ed Boswell to the attention of the Nichols family.
