Pepperdine 82, Rhode Island 61--Sarah Richen scored 17 points and the Waves won a nonconference game at Pepperdine.

Rasheeda Clark had 13 points, six steals and six assists for Pepperdine (4-5).

Valley 74, El Camino 43--Michelle Tompkins scored 17 points and the Monarchs won a consolation game in the Fullerton tournament.

Jennie-Lee Greslie added 13 points for Valley (11-6), which had a 16-0 run in the first half.

MEN’S BASKETBALL

Moorpark 60, Chemeketa (Ore.) 57--Dan Galvanoni had 19 points and seven assists, and Ken Plummer added 14 points for the Raiders in a semifinal victory at the San Jose City tournament.

Moorpark (14-3), ranked seventh in the state, rallied from a 28-25 halftime deficit to win its 10th consecutive game.

Antelope Valley 59, Long Beach 55--Michael Callaway had 18 points and seven rebounds for the Marauders, who will play Ventura, a 75-69 double-overtime victor over the Navy All-Stars, in the final tonight in the Canyons tournament.

Canyons 81, Trade Tech 74--Anthony Ellison, formerly of Canoga Park High, had 17 points and 11 rebounds for the Cougars (6-11) in a consolation game of the Canyons tournament.
