Locations throughout the city will be getting 52 new bus benches and 27 matching trash receptacles.

The City Council awarded a contract to purchase the items from the Irvine-based Wakefield Co. for $67,588 on Monday. Image Builders Inc. of Orange will install them for $9,350.
