THE SAFETY ZONE: ACTION LOG

The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Wednesday:

BREA

* Brea Mall: A petty theft was reported in the 2100 block at 1:32 p.m. Monday.

FULLERTON

* Associated Road: A burglary was reported in the 2600 block at 2:51 p.m. Monday.

* West Cherry Avenue: A robbery was reported in the 2600 block at 8:24 p.m. Monday.

GARDEN GROVE

* Lampson Avenue: Police arrested a Brea man after he crashed his Acura Legend into a patrol unit attempting to flee from another unit in the 13000 block at 9:29 p.m. Thursday.

LA HABRA

* West Kane Drive: A structure fire was reported in the 400 block at 11:59 a.m. Friday.

* South Knudson Avenue: Police responded to a report of shots fired in the 300 block at 8:23 p.m. Saturday.

ORANGE

* West Katella Avenue: A car was reported stolen in the 400 block at 1:49 p.m. Friday.

PLACENTIA

* Kingston Road: A grand theft was reported in the 1600 block at 1:03 p.m. Monday.

YORBA LINDA

* Trail Side Drive: Malicious mischief was reported in the 5500 block at 2:41 p.m. Monday.
