Re “Meet the Future Proprietor of Dino’s Bar & Grill,” Dec. 25: Brandon Martinez is right. Emeril Lagasse is a great chef and an inspiration. But I’ve got Brandon beat by two years. I’m only 12 and I have been cooking since I was 8. I hope I will be as good as Brandon when I am his age.
