National Technical Systems Reports 4-Cent Dividend

National Technical Systems, a Calabasas-based company that provides information technology consulting, has declared an initial annual dividend of 4 cents per share, payable semiannually.

In addition, Jack Lin, president and chief executive officer, said the company plans to supplement the regular dividend with special dividends based on the company’s earnings.

The company expects total dividends paid this year to at least equal last year’s special dividend of 7 cents per share, the company said.
