The City Council tonight will hold a public hearing to consider construction of 79 single-family homes in the area east of Beach Boulevard and north of Fullerton’s city limits. The project is the second phase of a La Habra Hills housing tract. The meeting will be at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 201 E. La Habra Blvd. Information: (562) 905-9700.
